11 Kashmiris martyred in the Month of March by Indian troops in IIOJK

Barbaric Indian troops, in their unabated acts of state terrorism, martyred eleven Kashmiris during the last month of March in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

According to the statistics provided by the Research Section of Kashmir Media Service, today, of those killed three youth were martyred in a fake encounter.

During the month, fifty-one (51) youth were critically injured due to the use of brute force including the firing of pellets and teargas shells by Indian police and paramilitary troops on peaceful demonstrators and mourners in the occupied territory, almost 15 Kashmiri women assaulted by Indian police and paramilitary troops in the valley.

The forces’ personnel misbehavior and molestation with females had been on rising.

Indian troops destroyed and damaged twelve (12) houses and structures during a so-called cordon and search operations in the month of March.

Indian police, troops, and National Investigation Agency (NIA) arrested 110 civilians, mostly political activists, youth, and students and several of them were booked under black laws including the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and Public Safety Act in IIOJK.
